Get into the spirit of “Còsagach” with the Cointreau apricot-whiskey smash. Combine 30ml Cointreau, 2 diced apricots, mint leaves, & 14ml simple syrup in a shaker & muddle. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon into the shaker, add 60ml whiskey, & fill with ice. Shake for 30 secs, strain & serve.
